From the perspective of composition, 2A14 belongs to the hard aluminum alloy and is a forging aluminum alloy. Compared with the 2A50, because the copper content is high, the intensity is high and the heat is better, but the plasticity in the heat is not as good as 2A50. The alloy is not as good as 2A50. It has good cuttings, good contact, welding, and roll welding performance, and poor arc welding and gas welding performance; heat treatment can be enhanced, and there is a squeezing effect; the corrosion resistance is not high, and there is a tendency to corrosion of the test in time.
